Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Receptionist to join our growing team at 11N25. As the face of our company, the ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor to welcome and assist visitors as well as handle incoming communications. The receptionist will play a crucial role in maintaining an organized and efficient front office environment, ensuring that every guest and team member is greeted with warmth and professionalism. Additionally, the ideal candidate will manage a variety of administrative tasks and be the first point of contact for queries from clients and colleagues. With a keen attention to detail and customer service excellence, the Receptionist will contribute significantly to the smooth operation of our company.


Responsibilities

  • Welcome and direct visitors, clients, and colleagues with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Operate the main telephone line, transferring calls and taking messages as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, contributing to a welcoming environment.
  • Manage booking schedules for conference rooms and assist with meeting logistics.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry with accuracy.
  • Assist with maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when needed.
  • Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email to address inquiries.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and task completion.
  • Support Human Resources with onboarding tasks and administrative duties as required.
  • Update and manage company contact lists and databases with meticulous detail.
  • Assist in planning and executing company events and employee activities when needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Outstanding customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
