Job Description

A Field Executive in Construction plays a pivotal role in overseeing construction projects, ensuring they meet both design specifications and safety standards. This position requires a dynamic individual who can work effectively in an outdoor environment, manage various resources, and communicate efficiently with different teams. Responsibilities

  • Oversee construction projects to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of construction crews on site daily.
  • Review construction plans and blueprints to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Facilitate effective communication between project managers, architects, and crew members.
  • Manage the procurement and delivery of construction materials and equipment promptly.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the construction process efficiently.
  • Ensure all construction activities comply with local and national building codes.
  • Track and manage project budgets to prevent cost overruns and financial discrepancies.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high standards of safety and quality.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve overall project efficiency and productivity.
  • Prepare detailed reports on project status, challenges, and advancements for review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years experience working in construction project management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project management tools.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams efficiently.
  • Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings accurately and promptly.
  • Proven problem-solving skills to address and resolve construction-related challenges.
  • Proficiency in using construction management software and Microsoft Office applications.
