Job Description

The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the project management team in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects within the organization. This role involves coordinating project activities, maintaining schedules, and ensuring that project objectives are met on time and within budget. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration. They will also be responsible for maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and identifying any potential issues that could impact project delivery. The Project Coordinator must be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills to ensure seamless project execution and accountability. Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers in developing comprehensive project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate and communicate with project teams to ensure timely task completion.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including reports and correspondence.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and identify potential risks to project timelines.
  • Facilitate meetings and conference calls with project stakeholders and team members.
  • Support resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure optimum project execution.
  • Monitor project budgets and assist in financial tracking and reporting activities.
  • Provide administrative support and organize necessary materials for project presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the project life cycle.
  • Assist in resolving project-related issues and conflicts among team members.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication channels with all project stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination or a similar support role.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality project documentation.
