The Office Administrator 11N25 is a pivotal role within our company, designed for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage office operations efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling and coordinating meetings.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for office-related inquiries and solutions.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist in preparing and managing correspondence, reports, and documents effectively.
  • Plan and organize office events, meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures within the office environment.
  • Escort visitors and provide hospitality for a welcoming office atmosphere.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and other documentation promptly.
  • Maintain a neat, organized, and safe office environment at all times.
  • Support the finance department by handling petty cash and office expenses.
  • Assist in the on-boarding process for new hires and employee orientation.
  • Update and manage office directories, schedules, and organizational charts regularly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a similar office administration role for at least 2 years.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written communication proficiency.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with staff and clients alike.
