Interior Site Supervisor 11N25

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As an Interior Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the on-site activities of various interior fit-out projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with a strong eye for detail and the ability to lead and motivate teams. This role requires proactive problem-solving skills, strong organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of interior design and construction processes. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the construction site to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Manage and lead a team of subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to project specifications and timelines.
• Inspect and review work in progress for compliance with plans and regulations.
• Ensure all materials and workmanship meet the required quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, designers, and clients to provide updates and address issues.
• Conduct regular safety audits to ensure site safety and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise on-site promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, incidents, and project progress.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials needed on site.
• Provide leadership and guidance to workers, fostering a team-oriented environment.
• Ensure the site is secured at the end of each workday to prevent unauthorized access.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supervising interior construction or renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a proactive attitude towards challenges.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools for planning and tracking progress.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results on time.
