Job Description

The Content & Social Media Executive is a dynamic and creative professional responsible for managing and enhancing the social media presence of our brand. This role involves crafting compelling content that aligns with the brand’s voice and values, driving engagement, and increasing the online community. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing strategies, and audience engagement trends. They should be adept at analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies and boost followers. The Content & Social Media Executive is pivotal in shaping how the brand communicates online and engages with its audience, ensuring that our digital footprint continues to grow and positively impacts the business.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies aimed at increasing engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage content across multiple social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media trends and adjust content and strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with marketing campaigns.
  • Engage with the online community and respond to comments and queries in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular content audits to assess the impact of different posts and platforms.
  • Coordinate with designers and other content creators to produce visually appealing posts.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to schedule timely posts.
  • Assist in the development of social media ad campaigns to increase reach and visibility.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style and quality, and optimized for SEO.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, algorithms, and platforms relevant to social media marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and content styles.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
  • Experience with social media management tools and Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Ability to translate data and analytics into actionable content strategies.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing trends and technologies in social media.
