Job Description

As an HR Executive, you are at the forefront of shaping workplace culture and ensuring that the organization attracts, retains, and nurtures the best talent. Your role is multifaceted, requiring a keen understanding of human dynamics, strategic planning, and a deep commitment to employee welfare. You will work closely with leadership to align human resources strategies with organizational goals. This position involves a delicate balance of administrative duties, strategic planning, and interpersonal interactions. You will play a critical role in facilitating communication between employees and management, maintaining HR policies, employee relations, compliance, and contributing to a positive work environment. This position is suitable for a person who is detail-oriented, empathetic, and a proactive problem solver.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to hire top talent effectively.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing workplace issues.
  • Create and update HR policies to ensure compliance with legislation.
  • Conduct performance appraisal programs to enhance employee development.
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops to nurture employee skills.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management processes.
  • Improve engagement and retention through employee satisfaction initiatives.
  • Manage the organization’s employee benefit plans and compensation programs.
  • Supervise HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employees' records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven working experience in human resource management or similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, databases, and labor legislation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and reasoning skills required for the role.
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics and data analysis.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills and foresight.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships.
