Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a healthcare management role is essential.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and interpret financial statements accurately.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience in hiring, supervising, and training staff.
