Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, blueprints, and visualizations for client presentations and approvals.
• Analyze design requirements, codes, and regulations to ensure project compliance with industry standards and local laws.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate project progress, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software and other digital tools to develop architectural plans and visualizations.
• Coordinate projects with construction teams to ensure workflow efficiency and resolve any design-related issues that arise during construction.
• Research and incorporate environmentally sustainable design principles into architectural projects.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architecture and design.
• Mentor and support junior staff, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met without compromising design integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Professional architecture license is required, with registration in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design tools.
• Strong creative and visual skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and energy efficiency standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
