Job Description

An Administration & HR Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of an organization's administrative and human resources functions. As one of the key players in implementing policies and procedures, the Administration & HR Executive works closely with various departments to foster a productive and cohesive work environment. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings and interviews.
  • Administer employee onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration into the company.
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance workforce capability.
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees to resolve HR-related inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, updating policies as needed.
  • Assist in payroll administration and manage benefits programs for employees.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to guide management's decision-making processes.
  • Organize company events and initiatives that promote team-building and engagement.
  • Handle sensitive employee issues and grievances with confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative and human resource roles.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with HR management software and applicant tracking systems preferred.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
