The Admin Executive – Administration serves as a critical support role within the organization, focusing on the coordination and facilitation of various administrative tasks. Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update organizational databases and records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support the finance department with invoice processing and budget tracking tasks.
  • Oversee the purchase and inventory of office supplies, managing orders and vendor relationships.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Handle travel arrangements and itineraries for staff and management, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Execute special projects and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role, with proficiency.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with office management software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
