Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts and Admin Assistant to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in supporting both our finance and administrative departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations and providing essential administrative support. You will work closely with various teams to ensure efficient operation of the office and facilitate smooth accounting processes. This position requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely.
  • Maintain and update financial records, ensuring they are complete and accurate.
  • Prepare and process invoices, ensuring appropriate approvals and timely payments.
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries and payment issues.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and answering phone calls.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts with department heads.
  • Support the preparation and administration of the payroll processing function.
  • Manage office inventory and order supplies to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations in all operations.
  • Provide general support to visitors and act as a point of contact for inquiries.
  • Assist in organizing company events and coordinating travel arrangements as needed.
  • Execute other administrative duties as required by management from time to time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or accounting assistant role is advantageous.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software applications.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
