As a Technology Educator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that technology talent remains relevant in the market by facilitating upskilling and cross-skilling initiatives. Your typical day will involve delivering foundational training in various technology domains, engaging with learners to enhance their professional development, and contributing to the development of course content. You will also be responsible for creating assessment questions and certification materials, ensuring that the training provided is aligned with industry standards and best practices. Your efforts will directly impact the growth and competency of technology professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
  
  
  

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Experience in developing engaging and interactive training materials.
