Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve collaborating with team members, applying your knowledge of various technologies and methodologies, and ensuring that the software solutions meet client needs effectively and efficiently. You will also be responsible for guiding the team in best practices and fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals. - Shift timing will be 1 PM to 10:30 PM Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js. - Strong understanding of front-end development principles and best practices. - Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming. - Knowledge of testing frameworks and tools for React applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in React.js. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
