IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Production Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Production Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the production and maintenance of our Content Management System (CMS) and ensuring its smooth functioning. This is a full-time position located in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the production and maintenance of the CMS, ensuring its availability, reliability, and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any production issues
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the CMS
• Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and make recommendations for their implementation
• Train and mentor junior production engineers, providing guidance and support as needed
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates on the status of the CMS
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production engineering, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of Content Management Systems, specifically in a banking environment
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Shell
• Familiarity with database management and SQL
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with the ability to lead and mentor others
