Role Overview:

Designation-General Manager(Finance & Accounts)

• Own overall Finance & Accounts strategy, financial performance and P&L.

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting and book closure.

• Prepare/review standalone and consolidated financial statements.

• Manage statutory, tax and regulatory compliance across multiple countries.

• Handle banking relationships, treasury management and forex strategy.

• Provide financial insights, forecasting and strategic recommendations to CEO/Directors.

• Lead budgeting, financial modelling and long-range planning.

• Manage external auditors, tax advisors and regulatory stakeholders.

• Evaluate and implement finance systems, tools and process improvements.

• Lead, develop and manage the Finance team.
