Project Role Description : Designs, builds, tests, and deploys cloud application solutions that integrate cloud and non-cloud infrastructure. Can deploy infrastructure and platform environments, creates a proof of architecture to test architecture viability, security and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• involves configuring and maintaining Microsoft Exchange servers and Exchange Online
• ensuring high availability, implementing security policies
• providing technical support to end-users for issues like mailbox access and mail flow problems.
• user account management,
• monitoring server performance, performing backups and disaster recovery,
• troubleshooting complex issues and collaborating with other IT teams.
• Technical Experience
• 2 Deep knowledge and hands-on experience on the areas below:
• Intune
• One Drive
• Basic user provisioning management & licensing
• Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Exchange servers and Exchange Online.
• Create, configure, and manage user mailboxes, distribution groups, and public folders.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow tool for ticket management

• Take part in 24x7 On-Call rotation
• Work in shifts and out of hours evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays if required Educational Qualification
