Sales, Distribution and Business Development plays a vital role in understanding and meeting customer needs by offering the right solutions through the right channels to the right customer segments. The team is responsible for implementing distribution strategy, driving the delivery of market leading personal banking customer experiences and thereby maximising customer satisfaction

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join the WPB Branch Operations Central team.

Principal Responsibilities

• Guide and support branches and GPB in Onboarding process
• Owner of all the CDD controls at branches including GPB
• Be responsible for fronting regulatory inspections and other audits (internal, Group or external) as well as ensure timely and quality submissions as part of the INM Office
• Be responsible for FEMA and all reporting for IWPB as appropriate. Can be designated as a IWPB FEMA SPOC
• Effective engagement with all risk stewards, stakeholders to ensure implementation of all regulatory circulars, Internal and Group requirements
• Could lead Central Processing Unit (a back office within the BBCT team) to achieve error free, within TAT customer-oriented outcomes
• Seamless streamlining of processes through tactical and strategic automation
• Represent Branches and Central Team in multiple projects
• Open to any new activities assigned to IWPB
  
  

Requirements

• Graduate / Postgraduate
• Experience of 15 years or more preferred with good experience in branches
• Thorough knowledge of Branch Operarations, Policies, Process & Procedures
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, with experience of dealing with senior executives at all levels including the capacity to articulate the case for risk management and policy in the language of business
• Lateral thinker with an ability to interpret and solve complex issues
• FEMA Certification is a must
