Job Introduction

This role belongs to the operations job family, and the role holder would be working in the Receivable Finance operations unit based out of Mumbai, India. This unit supports the trade working capital; supply chain & structured trade finance pan India operations for the Global Trade Solutions business which is an integral part of the Corporate & Institutional Banking customer group.

Principal Responsibilities

The role holder (RF Operations Associate) would provide support to the operations unit supporting the Receivables Finance business.

• Perform core transactions processing in compliance with the DIMs, GOPs and Bank’s policies
• Support the service operations team or unit in the operation, delivery and execution of internal business services
• Ensure a high level of operational efficiency in Receivable Finance operations.
• Scrutinize transaction documents to ensure approval conditions are met and documents are genuine
• Ensure operational controls are maintained and adhered to by following all the group guidelines / policies, Internal Controls and all relevant external regulations.
• Ensure Transactions and repayments are processed in timely and error free manner ensuring no operational losses and adhering to all controls.
• Co-ordinate with IT support team on system upgrade, change control release and resolution of problems encountered.
  
  

Role Requirements / Education Qualifications / Certifications / Experience

• Strong organizing and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
• A good team player who possesses good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English desirable.
• A bachelor’s degree preferably in a business or related area. Freshers may apply.
