As a Telesales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and generating revenue for our company by employing your exceptional communication skills and sales acumen. Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company products or services.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
  • Communicate effectively and confidently with diverse groups of people over the phone.
  • Maintain customer records and interactions in our database accurately and consistently.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve client concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Follow up with clients post-call to ensure satisfaction and cultivate repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and improve effective selling strategies.
  • Provide detailed feedback to management regarding client demands and competitive activities.
  • Offer technical education and guidance on suitable product purchases to customers.
  • Conduct thorough research on potential leads to better tailor the sales approach.
  • Create and maintain solid relationships with clients to foster brand loyalty and trust.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in sales or marketing is a plus.
  • Proven experience working as a Telesales Representative or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and solution-selling skills are essential.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting clients and closing sales.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage client interactions efficiently.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
