We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Surveyor to join our Strategic Consulting Services team in Gurgaon. The role focuses on real estate data collection, tracking, and analysis across various asset classes in the Mumbai region, supporting internal teams with reliable and timely market intelligence.
Job Description
About the Role:
Collect and update real estate market data across segments: residential, commercial, retail, industrial & warehousing, hospitality, healthcare, and education
Track and document project launches, pricing trends, inventory levels, absorption rates, and transaction details
Monitor commercial developments including tenant details, rental trends, floor-wise stacking, CAM charges, and capital values
Maintain and manage project, developer, and investor databases
Support the team in executing market surveys, preparing maps, and creating sections for active reports
Conduct basic analysis using Excel and contribute to the preparation of market insights and presentations
Track land transactions, auctions, and occupier movements in the region
Respond to internal data-related queries and provide accurate input to stakeholders
About You
1–2 years of experience in market data collection, ideally in the real estate sector
Familiar with Mumbai MMR Region real estate dynamics and key market players
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); working knowledge of Power BI is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
