The opportunity : Manager-National-TAX- BTS - Consulting - Mumbai

Your Key Responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Assisting Partners and Directors in representation in direct-tax appeal matters before CIT(A), DRP and ITAT.

Undertake preparation of legal documents, including petitions, appeals, and written submissions to tax authorities and appellate tribunals with help of the juniors.

Co-ordinate and collaborate with clients and Internal Tax team to understand the tax positions and provide strategic legal advice on direct tax matters.

Stay updated on changes in direct tax laws, regulations, and judicial precedents that may impact litigation strategies.

Liaise with external counsel and experts as necessary for complex tax matters.

Skills And Attributes

Qualification

• A Qualified Chartered Accountant
  
  

Experience

• 4 years in Direct-tax including Litigation. Transfer-pricing and International taxation would be an added advantage .
