The opportunity : Manager-FS-TAX - GCR - Global Compliance & Reporting - Mumbai

Key roles and responsibilties-

We are looking for candidates with relevant experience in advising/ working with PE/VCs, Offshore Funds, AIFs in India and in GIFT, SWFs and Asset Managers on the entire life cycle of a Fund from tax and regulatory perspective (includes GP, fund and management structuring, diligences and transactions structuring and documentation reviews, fund implementation, portfolio level structuring/ reorganisations tax compliances, tax and regulatory advisory etc.) across investment strategies.

Qualification - CA

Experience - 5 years
