Position Summary –

Proper packaging is essential to ensure the safety and effectiveness of these products, and packaging machines play a crucial role in this process. Packaging equipment is an essential component of the pharmaceutical industry, used to create and maintain safe, high-quality packaging for various products.

Responsibilities-

• Qualification / Validation of Packing Equipment’s
• Preparation of URS,IQ,OQ,PQ of packing equipment.
• Experience of device assembly machine
• Computer System Validation / worked for any greenfield or Brownfield Project.
• Expertise in operation of below process and equipment’s:
• To handle packing department independently.
• To handle packing of product like Lyophilized Injectable, Liquid Injectable, Prefilled syringes, Cartridges etc.
• To handle the process equipment’s in packing like Blister packing machine, cartonator, labelling machine, track and trace system, plunger insertion and labelling machine, check weigher, sticker pasting, Pen assembly machine, dose delivery testing machine etc.
• To handle indenting to procurement of new equipment’s which is to be used for packing.
• Experience for preparation and execution of qualification protocol of new equipment like, User requirement specification, Design qualification, Installation qualification, operational qualification and performance qualification.
• To prepare of new standard operating procedure for process and equipment’s.
• Ensure proper planning and execution of the qualification activity in accordance with the plan and allocation of man power.
• Experience for preparation of batch packing records.
• To handle the QMS documents like change control, CAPA, risk assessment, deviation etc.
• To handle communication with vendor and procurement team on procurement to design parts of new equipment’s.
• To ensure compliance to cGMP and documentation for various packing activities.
