About the Job
WonDRx is a disruptive and innovative healthtech startup on a mission to digitally connect patients, doctors, and the healthcare ecosystem. We are seeking a Java Full Stack Technical Lead with 8+ years of experience (including 3+ years in a lead role) to architect and build full-stack solutions, lead teams, and drive technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of full-stack applications.
- Drive migration from monolithic to microservices-based architecture.
- Guide implementation of AI/ML-powered features.
- Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams.
- Optimize databases and ensure performance, scalability, and security.
- Promote CI/CD and clean code practices.
- Hands-on experience in building and launching full-stack products.
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and front-end frameworks.
- Experience leading engineering teams and mentoring developers.
- Exposure to cloud deployment, DevOps tools, and scripting.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
