Technology Consultant
Roles and Responsibilities:
Need to work as a team leader (technical leader) to contribute in various technical streams of FAST configuration implementation projects.
Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators
Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting
Regular status reporting to the Manager and onsite coordinators
Raise the issue and risk in advance and think through mitigation
Foster teamwork and lead by example
Training and mentoring of project resources
Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives
Mandatory skills:
Experience in FAST Configuration (Case and Policy level), thorough knowledge and hands on experience of various concepts like Payments, disbursements, Reinsurance, ACCORD 103, NACHA, MIB, MVR, Billing Riders and extracts.
Experience in Life and Annuity Insurance with knowledge on different line of business, Whole Life, Term Life, Indexed Universal Life (IUL1, IUL2,IUL3), Universal life and indexed annuities.
Good knowledge on creating and modifying XML and XSLT
Experience in C#, API and writing and debugging the code.
Experience in any or more of MS SQL and DB2 databases.
Technical experience of working on stored procedure and SQL queries
Review client processes and workflows and make recommendations to the client to maximise benefits.
Excellent Leadership skills
Excellent business communication skills
prior client-facing experience
Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices.
MBA/MCA/ BE / B.Tech/ equivalent with 8 to 12 year’s experience.
Preferred Skills:
Java, .NET Web Services, SOAP
Experience in Insurance domain, preferably Life and Annuity
