What would you do? ImKey Responsibilities:

  • Reporting & Analytics o Own and maintain internal operational reports and dashboards. o Analyze service delivery metrics and generate insights for leadership. o Prepare weekly/monthly performance summaries and variance reports.
  • Client-Facing Documentation o Create and update client decks and presentations for governance meetings. o Ensure consistency, accuracy, and branding compliance in all client materials.
  • Headcount & Resource Management o Maintain and update headcount trackers across projects and teams. o Support workforce planning and resource allocation activities. o Share attrition data with leadership
  • Financial Oversight o Track and report on budget utilization, cost forecasts, and financial KPIs. o Collaborate with finance prove workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Employee Services - More into query/case management Collect, interpret, and present data in a clear and meaningful manner, facilitating informed decision making. This skill involves not only analyzing data but also effectively communicating findings through reports, visualizations, and dashboards to convey insights and support organizational objectives. What are we looking for? Key Responsibilities:

  • Process & Governance o Support PMO governance activities including risk tracking, issue logs, and change requests. o Assist in standardizing templates, processes, and documentation across delivery teams. o Manage Roll on / Roll off for employees o Manage access for client tools and maintain data sets o Maintain data logs for mandatory training o Prepare and circulate scorecards o SLA reports, quality reports, CSAT / DSAT Key Responsibilities:
