About the client: PSS has been mandated to hire a Head of Marketing for a leading MNC Pharma company.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies targeting both gastro-specific and mass market segments.
• Drive brand positioning, awareness, and penetration through innovative campaigns and activations.
• Leverage market insights and consumer data to identify opportunities and optimize marketing ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and distribution to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams to ensure unified go-to-market strategies.
• Oversee advertising, promotional activities, educational campaigns, and digital marketing efforts aligned with brand goals.
• Monitor compliance with industry and regulatory standards in all marketing activities.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the marketing team to achieve strategic objectives and foster a high-performance culture
  
  
  

• Preferably Gastro experience
• Experience in Mass-Market marketing
• 12-15 yrs of experience.
• Manage a large business of 300 crores in a leading Indian / MNC pharma company.
