About The Role

Founder’s Office is a high-impact role that serves as a trusted advisor and operational anchor to the Co-founder and CEO. This is not a traditional function — the person acts as an extension of the executive's office, driving execution of strategic priorities for growth, ensuring organizational alignment, managing fintech partnerships, special 0-to-1 projects and enabling effective decision-making across the enterprise.

This role provides a masterclass in scaling a fintech startup, offering an unfiltered look at how decisions are made and executed. The role demands exceptional business acumen, a capacity to work across ambiguous and complex environments, and the ability to influence at all levels without direct authority. The member of founder’s office will be a key partner in shaping how the organisation operates, grows, and communicates.

Candidate Profile

Education

▪ Bachelor’s degree from a Tier-1 institution (IITs, BITS, NITs, top commerce colleges) or an MBA from a leading business school.

Experience

▪ 3-5 years of progressive experience in a strategy, operations, or advisory role.

▪ Prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy function or a high impact role at a scaled startup is strongly preferred.

▪ Demonstrated experience working at or closely with C-suite leadership in a complex, matrixed organisation.

▪ Track record of managing and delivering enterprise-wide or cross-functional initiatives.
