• Greet and assist customers with check-in, baggage drop, and boarding processes
• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other inquiries
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Process ticket sales, upgrades, and other transactions
• Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and security protocols at all times
• Continuously strive to improve the overall customer experience at the airport Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
