Job Summary
As a Banker-Customer Experience at IDFC FIRST Bank, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless banking experience for our customers. You will be a part of the Retail Banking team, specifically in the Branch Banking department, and will be based at our Mumbai branch.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Understand and address customer needs, queries, and complaints promptly and effectively
Educate customers about our products and services and assist them in choosing the right solutions for their financial needs
Process various banking transactions accurately and efficiently
Promote and cross-sell banking products and services to meet individual and team targets
Maintain a thorough knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and regulations
Collaborate with team members to achieve branch and bank-wide goals
Stay updated with industry trends and changes in banking technology to provide the best customer experience
Adhere to all compliance and risk management guidelines to ensure a safe and secure banking environment for customers and the bank
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the banking industry
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Proficient in using technology and digital platforms for banking operations
Knowledge of banking products and services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
