About The Role

• Zeta is in agreement with HDFC bank to launch a credit card on Zeta Platform.
• Zeta team would manage the credit card operations on behalf of HDFC Bank.
• We are looking for candidates having relevant experience and ready to work in a challenging and ever evolving environment.
• Candidates who have relevant experience in operations management, dispute resolution, settlement and reconciliation, Life cycle management and Onboarding would be preferred.
• The requirement is for the Business Operations - Credit Card unit.
  
  
  

• Operations Management
• Tracking and resolving onboarding issues, delivery and despatch related issues
• Handing dispute and fraud cases on regular basis
• Settlement and reconciliation on credit card transactions
• Life cycle management - Account maintenance, Repayments, Credit balance refund, card closure, etc
  
  
  

• Candidate having good communication skills
• Candidate having good interpersonal skills
• Keeps customer needs at the forefront of priorities and takes action.
  
  
  

• Graduate with 1 to 5 yrs strong experience in Operations / Servicing.
