Size of team reporting in and type-No direct reports to this role.

Role Purpose Statement-Evaluate and execute projects / work dealing with Indian Income Tax Law.

Main Accountabilities-

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for periodic internal and statutory tax compliances
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address audits conducted by Tax Authorities
• Assisting in research on tax planning and strategic advisory such as M&A
• Contributing in litigation management and resolution
• Accounting governance for tax accounts and
• Proper maintenance of records for future use.

Education & Experience

Chartered Accountant with 3 to 4 years of post qualification experience in Big4 and / or industry in the field of taxation
