Mumbai / Chennai | SaaS Experience Preferred
Join our team as a Senior Customer Success Specialist and be the trusted partner helping customers achieve success with our products. You’ll own the post-sales relationship—onboarding clients, driving adoption, and ensuring retention and growth.
What You’ll Do
Onboard and train customers for smooth adoption
Build strong, strategic client relationships
Resolve issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Drive renewals and reduce churn
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years in Customer Success / Account Management
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
Based in Mumbai or Chennai
SaaS & CRM experience a plus
