Job Summary: Wissen Technology is hiring a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with expertise in AI-powered testing tools and automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will work closely with development, product, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality releases, leverage AI-driven test optimization, and enhance overall test coverage and efficiency.

Experience: 3–5 Years (with minimum 1 year in AI-powered testing)

Location: Mumbai / Pune

Mode of Work: Full time

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for web, API, and mobile applications.
  
• Utilize AI-based testing tools (e.g., Testim, Mabl, Functionize, Selenium + AI plugins) to optimize test creation, execution, and maintenance.
  
• Build and execute automated test scripts to validate functionality, performance, reliability, and scalability.
  
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
  
• Identify test gaps and enhance quality coverage through AI-driven analysis and insights.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing strategies and requirements.
  
• Perform root cause analysis of defects and ensure timely resolution.
  
• Develop dashboards, test reports, and quality metrics for effective decision-making.
  
• Continuously evaluate new automation and AI testing tools to improve QA processes.
  
  

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of QA automation experience with minimum 1 year in AI-powered testing.
  
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML-based testing tools such as Testim, Mabl, Functionize, Katalon AI, Applitools, Selenium with AI plugins.
  
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  
• Proficiency in automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit, RestAssured.
  
• Experience in API testing using Postman, Swagger, Karate.
  
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) and version control systems (Git).
  
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, QA principles, and SDLC.
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
• Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  
• BE/BTech OR MTech OR MCA (Preferably from IIT, NIT, BITS and IIIT)
  
  

Good To Have Skills:

• AI/ML model testing and validation.
  
• Performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling, K6).
  
• Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  
• Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  
• Test data generation using AI/LLMs.
  
• Familiarity with prompt engineering for test automation.
