Our Bearing Manufacturing Plant in Mumbai specializes in the production of high-quality bearings, with a focus on Tapered and Spherical Roller Bearings.

We also offer various other products and services such as Linear Motion Shafts & Bearings, V-Belts, Timing Belts, Automation, and Pneumatics. Our sizable inventory is housed in a generous warehouse covering more than 100,000 square feet located in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra.

Our widespread network of branches across India not only enables us to provide solutions under one roof but also allows us to proudly export our products to 35 countries across the globe.

Designation: Sr. Import Executive

Responsibilities

An Import Executive for Bearings supports the Imports Executive in managing the importation of bearings from foreign suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery, and maintaining quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting in sourcing and selecting reliable foreign suppliers
• Coordinating with logistics teams for transportation and customs clearance
• Monitoring shipment schedules, inventory levels, and lead times
• Ensuring compliance with import regulations, laws, and quality standards
• Maintaining accurate documentation, records, and reports
• Communicating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams
• Assisting in negotiating prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules
• Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and supplier performance
• Identifying opportunities to optimize costs, reduce lead times, and improve quality
• Supporting the development of relationships with suppliers and freight forwarders
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
• 3-8 years of experience in imports management or a related field
• Strong knowledge of import regulations, customs procedures, and trade agreements
• Familiarity with bearings industry and products
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Adv.Excel, Microsoft Office, and logistics software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  
  

This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual with strong communication skills, able to support the Imports Manager in ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality bearings
