Windows Server Administration

• Perform L2-level troubleshooting for Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments.
• Manage disk space, patching, and OS-level diagnostics.
• Configure and maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
• Monitor and resolve alerts related to CPU, memory, and disk utilization.
  
  

VMware & Virtualization

• Administer VMware ESXi hosts and vCenter environments.
• Provision and manage virtual machines (VMs) for automation runners and application servers.
• Monitor VM performance and perform capacity planning.
• Troubleshoot VM connectivity and resource allocation issues.
• Maintain snapshots and backups for disaster recovery.
  
  

Cloud Server Operations (Azure/AWS)

• Support hybrid cloud environments with Windows and Linux workloads.
• Manage cloud-based VMs, storage, and networking (e.g., Azure VMs, AWS EC2).
• Configure WinRM, PowerShell remoting, and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform).
• Monitor cloud infrastructure using tools like SolarWinds, Grafana, and Azure Monitor.
  
  

Automation & Monitoring

• Work with automation runners (e.g., StackStorm, Ansible) for patching and deployment.
• Configure monitoring dashboards and alerts using Grafana, SolarWinds, and Pingdom.
• Respond to incidents and participate in RCA documentation.
• Maintain secure access using OKTA ASA, WinRM, and SSH.
