KPMG Advisory supporta le imprese nell’evoluzione dei propri modelli operativi attraverso l’ottimizzazione dei processi, l’adozione di piattaforme digitali e l’introduzione di soluzioni tecnologiche in grado di rendere le attività più efficienti, integrate e tracciabili.

Entrando a far parte dellarea Enterprise Platform nel team ServiceNow, contribuirai alla progettazione e realizzazione di soluzioni basate sulla piattaforma ServiceNow, utilizzata dalle organizzazioni per gestire e digitalizzare processi operativi e di servizio, come IT Service Management, gestione delle richieste interne e workflow tra diverse funzioni aziendali.

Nello specifico, ti occuperai di:

• Progettare e sviluppare soluzioni su piattaforma ServiceNow, con focus su ITSM e CMDB
• Configurare e personalizzare i componenti della piattaforma sulla base dei requisiti funzionali e tecnici del cliente, gestendo il ciclo di vita delle configurazioni tramite Update Set
• Sviluppare logiche di automazione e scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes) e flussi tramite Flow Designer
• Progettare e implementare integrazioni con sistemi esterni tramite REST API, Integration Hub o MID Server
• Supportare le fasi di analisi, design e rilascio, garantendo qualità delle soluzioni, rispetto delle scadenze e un corretto go-live

Nel corso delle attività potrai essere coinvolta/o in progetti nazionali e internazionali, lavorando con team multidisciplinari e clienti appartenenti a diversi settori industriali.

Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se:

• Hai una solida esperienza su progetti ServiceNow in contesti strutturati, e sai muoverti con sicurezza dalla raccolta dei requisiti al go-live
• Conosci in profondità i principali moduli ServiceNow, in particolare ITSM e CMDB, e hai sviluppato in autonomia componenti di scripting e integrazioni
• Hai familiarità con le best practice ITIL e comprendi i processi che ti viene chiesto di configurare
• Analizzi i requisiti tecnici e funzionali in modo strutturato, traducendoli in soluzioni efficaci e sostenibili nel tempo
• Lavori bene sia in autonomia che in team, sai interfacciarti con il cliente e hai una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese

KPMG Advisory provides consulting services to businesses, assisting them in transforming their business models, improving and digitizing processes, analyzing and managing risks, and supporting extraordinary financial operations.

By joining the Enterprise Platform Team, you will be involved in managing organizational change processes. Together with experienced colleagues, you will analyze strategic requirements to implement the best digital solutions available on the market for integrated process management.

Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing business requirements, collaborating with various corporate areas to identify needs in ITSM, ITOM, and other ServiceNow applications.
• Designing optimal solutions using the ServiceNow platform, configuring and customizing it to meet the specific needs of the client.
• Drafting detailed documentation, including functional and technical analyses, for end-to-end processes related to business and IT workflows.
• Configuring ServiceNow modules, ensuring that the solution is tailored to the client’s needs and objectives.
• Conducting internal tests and collaborating with end users to ensure that the solutions meet KPMG’s and the client’s quality standards.
• Delivering training sessions for business users, supporting them in correctly adopting the implemented solutions.
• Providing support to clients during the go-live phase and Hypercare period, ensuring a smooth transition and consolidation of new functionalities.

You will work on both national and international projects, collaborating with highly qualified professionals and working closely with clients from various industries, delivering tailored solutions to meet their specific business needs.

Come As You Are - Your Skills And Characteristics

This opportunity is perfect for you if:

• You have 2-4 years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions, with a specific focus on modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and/or CSM.
• You have solid experience in managing complex business processes, focusing on their optimization and digitization through workflow automation.
• You have a good command of the English language, preferably with study and/or work experiences abroad.
• You are available to travel nationally and internationally to support clients at all project stages.
