Job Title: AI Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Generative AI Engineer to join our team and lead the development of a voice-enabled multi-agent orchestration system. This system will interact with graph databases as a knowledge base to deliver high-quality, meaningful results. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, Large Language Models (LLMs), and a strong understanding of multi-agent architectures and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

Key Responsibilities

• Exp in developing various products / applications using Generative AI models that produce original content such as text, audio, video, graphics/images for different industry verticals
• Exp in using frameworks like Lang Chain, Llama index, Semantic Kernel
• Exp in working on concepts like RAG & Model Tuning
• 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying end-to-end AI/ML solutions in the AWS production environment.
• DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code facilitates seamless deployment and management of AI models in production environments.
• Proficiency in Python programming and experience with data handling, preprocessing, and model architecture design.
• Strong understanding of statistics and research skills, with the ability to apply mathematical concepts to solve complex problems.
• Demonstrated knowledge of NLP techniques and applications for text processing and analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions within defined timelines.
  
  

• Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning
• Proficiency in data visualization and interpretation aids in communicating insights from generative AI models to stakeholders effectively.
• Understanding transfer learning techniques accelerates modeldevelopment and improves performance, especially with limited data.
• Awareness of regulatory requirements, ethical considerations, and privacy concerns ensures compliance and responsible use of generative AI technologies.
• Deeper expertise in GAN architectures and applications enhances proficiency in developing and optimizing generative AI models.
• Familiarity with additional generative AI libraries and frameworks like Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAIs GPT, or NVIDIAs StyleGAN provides alternative tools and approaches for model development.
  
  

• Build various applications / products using Generative AI models capable of generating original content across various domains, including text, images, and music.
• Develop and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions in the AWS production environment, with a focus on generative AI models.
• Utilize NLP techniques for text representation, semantic extraction, information retrieval, entity resolution, NER, knowledge extraction, data structures, and modelling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement models that meet business objectives.
• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML, Large Language Models, and Generative AI.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of deployed AI/ML solutions on AWS cloud servers
