Job Description

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
Relevant experience in team management, sales, student counselling, or customer relations.
Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage targets, improve team performance, and maintain professional relationships.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools for performance tracking.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the student counselling team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Set daily and monthly targets and monitor progress against established performance goals.
Guide counsellors in student engagement, timely follow-ups, and enrolment conversions.
Maintain professional communication standards and ensure quality student service.
Monitor student inquiries, maintain accurate records, and prepare regular performance reports.
Train and motivate team members to strengthen their skills and achieve performance targets.
Coordinate with management on recruitment, team performance, and operational requirements.
