Location: DHA Phase-4, Lahore (On-site)
90-100K Gross + Commission on Sales ( Avg 0.5%-1.5%)
Time: 10 AM to 7 PM Monday To Saturday
The Mandate
We are looking for a Sales Engineer to play a critical role in driving retail and online sales growth while supporting Enertia's premium brand positioning.
You will work at the intersection of sales execution, customer experience, and product understanding, helping translate Enertia's engineering excellence into compelling value for end consumers and retail partners.

What You Will Own
1. Retail & Online Sales
Retail Sales Execution: Drive sales through retail outlets and dealer networks, ensuring strong in-store presence and product visibility
Online Sales Growth: Support and scale sales across online channels and marketplaces, improving conversion and customer experience
Sales Strategy Support: Execute sales plans across residential and commercial segments
Channel Expansion: Identify and onboard new retail partners and sales channels aligned with Enertia's premium positioning
2. Marketing & Brand Support
Product Storytelling: Communicate Enertia's engineering, design, and quality advantages clearly to customers and partners
On-Ground & Digital Support: Support digital campaigns, in-store activations, and promotions to drive leads and sales
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field ( Engineering preferred)
3–4 years of relevant sales or business development experience
