Quality Inspector

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities

• Liaison with In-Charge QC Foundry to obtain thorough understanding of quality Foundry QC acceptance criteria of manufacturing process with allowed deviation rates
• Identify M&Q non-compliance issues during the production process
• Ensure M&Q is available at the time of inspection
• Perform inspection of Incoming material at Foundry
• Check Quality at hold points of manufacturing at Foundry
• Perform inspection of casting before dispatching to machine shop In case of major tolerance/variations/non-conformity in manufacturing or any other specification immediately inform In-Charge QC Foundry
• Raise observations, NCR’s on deviations/defects during the manufacturing process at Foundry

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 year of experience in a quality inspection or related role.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings.
• Demonstrated experience with a variety of measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Familiarity with CMM operation.
• Solid understanding of quality standards and inspection procedures.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
• Skills in data analysis, documentation, and root cause analysis.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Urdu is a strong asset.
