Quality Auditing Executive

Location: The Enterprise Building Near Thokar Niaz Baig Lahore

Mode: Onsite

Timings: 3pm to 12am

Compensation: 130K - 150K (based on experience)

Responsibilities  

• Develop and maintain audit programs aligned with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. 

• Conduct compliance audits to assess adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies. 

• Document audit findings, including deficiencies and areas of noncompliance. 

• Communicate audit results to stakeholders such as management, regulatory agencies, or audit committees. 

• Make recommendations to address deficiencies and improve compliance processes. 

• Monitor corrective actions to ensure effectiveness in resolving compliance issues. 

• Stay updated on regulatory changes and adjust audit programs accordingly. 

• Collaborate with departments like Legal and Risk Management to align compliance efforts. 

• Participate in training and development to stay current with compliance best practices 

Objective and KPI 

• Audit Completion Rate – % of scheduled audits completed on time. 

• Compliance Score – % adherence to regulatory and internal standards. 

• Corrective Action Implementation Rate – % of audit recommendations executed within SLA. 

• Regulatory Reporting Timeliness – % of reports submitted on or before deadlines. 

• Error Detection Rate – % of noncompliance issues identified during audits. 

• Training Completion Rate – % of compliance team completing mandatory training. 

• Audit Finding Closure Time – Average time to resolve identified compliance issues. 

• Stakeholder Communication Timeliness – % of audit findings communicated within SLA.  

Education, Experience, Qualifications & Skills 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field (Master’s or compliance certifications preferred). 

• 2–4 years of experience in compliance auditing or regulatory affairs. 

• Strong knowledge of compliance standards, auditing principles, and regulatory requirements. 

• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills. 

• Proficiency in audit tools, reporting software, and MS Office. 

• Ability to manage multiple audits and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
