In the field of MEP installation and design and technical inspection and supervising Mechanical works in accordance with project specification.
Familiar with local authorities requirements such Civil Defence, LDA and other Municipalities.
Carry out quality control (QC) visual inspections in order to control the quality of execution works.
Material conformity inspection, as per approved ITP, Method statement, material specifications, materials submittals and specifications.
Weekly/ Monthly report of MEP QA/QC Inspection status and MEP NCR and SDR status.
Technical Expertise
Third party inspection for Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT).
Test witnessing and commissioning of Mechanical equipment as per approved ITP.
Conduct condition assessment and consultancy services due diligence and snagging inspection.
Prepare snagging list for installed MEP works & follow-up the closing of the snags up to specifications compliance and consultant/ Client satisfaction.
