Job Overview

Cyber System Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and experience in handling international customers through inbound and outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Communicate with international clients/customers.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
• Perform data entry and maintain customer records accurately.
• Follow up with customers when required.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree / Graduate qualification.
• Lahore-based candidate.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous international calling / international customer support experience preferred.
• Inbound and outbound calling experience.
• Good data entry and computer skills.
• Strong customer-handling and communication skills.
• Must be willing to work onsite and during the 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM shift.
