Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Credentialing & Enrollment Specialist to join our AR Medical Billing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in US healthcare provider enrollment, credentialing, payer processes, and billing-related systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage provider credentialing and enrollment processes with insurance payers.
• Handle payer applications, re-credentialing, follow-ups, and status tracking.
• Maintain accurate provider and payer information and documentation.
• Work with EHR/EMR systems and healthcare billing platforms.
• Handle and maintain EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) and related payer enrollment requirements.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and healthcare clients regarding enrollment and credentialing issues.
• Ensure timely completion of credentialing, enrollment, and revalidation activities.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on pending applications.
• Communicate professionally with US-based clients and insurance payers.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in US healthcare credentialing/enrollment.
• Strong understanding of medical billing and AR processes.
• Hands-on experience with EHR/EMR systems.
• Experience with EFT enrollment and payer processes.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be comfortable working the night shift.
• Must be Lahore-based and available for a fully onsite position.
