Computer Teacher

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive computer science curriculum tailored to students' grade levels and skills.
- Teach students the basics of computer operations, coding, word processing, spreadsheets, and other essential computer applications.
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress through quizzes, tests, and assignments, providing constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in technology and adapt teaching methods to incorporate new tools and techniques.
- Support students in developing digital literacy and critical thinking skills.
- Collaborate with faculty to integrate technology into other subject areas and support interdisciplinary projects.
- Organize and supervise extracurricular computer clubs or activities.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a computer teacher or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals and teaching methods.
- Proficient in various programming languages and software applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs.
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field.
- Teaching certification or licensure as required by the local educational authority.
- A minimum of 1–2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a classroom setting.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Education Technology or a related discipline.
- Experience with online teaching tools and platforms.
- Additional certifications in specific computing systems or software.
