Job Description
- Department: Accounts

- Develop and execute the company’s overall financial strategy in line with business goals
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across departments
- Manage cash flow, cost control, and profitability across a multi-brand structure
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and financial reporting standards
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team, strengthening internal controls
- Drive process improvement and financial system automation across the organization
- Oversee ERP/financial systems management and reporting accuracy
- Evaluate investment opportunities, cost-saving initiatives, and operational efficiencies
- Prepare financial reports and present insights to leadership and stakeholders
- Qualification: CA / CA Finalist
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably across multiple organizations
- Hands-on experience with Odoo / Odoo implementation will be considered an added advantage
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
