We are seeking a skilled and experienced Software Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting our Document Management and PLM software solutions. The candidate should have a strong background in software development with expertise in Java software development.

This position is part of the Employee Product and Quality Experiences team and will be USA Remote based. At Beckman Coulter, our mission is to Relentlessly Reimagine Healthcare, One Diagnosis at a Time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Design, develop, test, and implement Global Enterprise Document Management and PLM software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop software solutions that meet those requirements.
• Develop detailed software design documents and user manuals.
• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve software issues.

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for the key responsibilities for this job that drive significant impact to the organization.

This position reports to the regional commercial leader and is part of the Sales team located in Kolkata and will be fully remote.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Responsible for the LC-MS/MS sale (Order and Revenue) on assigned region for all market verticals and to Achieve sales targets, both quarterly and annually
• Provide the company with reliable business forecast and relevant market information to develop strategies on products and market
• Participate actively in cross functional teams of service, application support, customer services, marketing and finance to maximize customer engagement and business.
