Your Role

We are seeking a highly experienced finance professional with a strong background in SAP to join our Finance Application Functional Support (FAFS) team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in providing L1 Functional Support for the SAP HANA Finance ERP system, addressing functional queries and ensuring smooth operations.

In this role you will play a key role in

• SAP Module Expertise: Responsible for supporting the SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules functional queries to align with organizations financial requirements.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial processes within the SAP environment.
• Process Analysis: Analyze and optimize financial processes within SAP HANA, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Expert Guidance: Provide expert-level functional support to the finance community, addressing recurring queries and resolving issues related to SAP HANA.
• Regional Support: Support finance operations across Europe and North America, ensuring timely and effective resolution of functional issues.
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience: Extensive experience in finance with a deep understanding of SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling modules.
• SAP Knowledge: Strong expertise in SAP HANA, particularly in the context of financial processes.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex financial processes and provide effective solutions.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide clear guidance to finance users.
• Global Support: Experience in supporting finance operations across multiple regions, particularly Europe and North America, is a plus.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow for IT service management, SAP Solution Manager for application lifecycle management, and Jira for issue tracking and project management.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• SAP certification in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules is optional
• Proven experience (3 to 8 years) as a SAP FICO Consultant, with a strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, including implementation and configuration.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, ITSM, or Jira tools is a plus.
